1. Payment Terms & Conditions

Unless VILAND TRAVEL advises otherwise in its sole discretion, the below payment terms and cancellation policies will apply

1.1. Payment Terms

All cancellations must be made in writing and acknowledged by VILAND TRAVEL.

– A 20% refundable deposit is to be made upon the commitment of the tour unless booked within 45 days.

– 80% of the total tour cost must be paid 46 days before arrival.

– Full payment is required 45 days before departure or within 24 hours of confirmation if traveling within 45 days from departure.

Additional fees may be required – VILAND TRAVEL will advise specifically case by case.

1.2 .Cancellation Policy

90 Days or more before arrival date: free cancellation charge.
22 days or more before arrival date: 20% deposit.
21- 15 days before arrival date – 50% of the tour cost.
14 – 8 days before arrival date – 75% of the tour cost.
7 days or less before arrival date – 100% of tour cost.
Depending on specific supplier cancellation policies, the above conditions may be modified.

1.3. Separate Agreements

For some clients, VILAND TRAVEL may have alternative and separate payment and cancellation policies in place. If a separate and valid agreement is in place, then the terms outlined in the separate and valid agreement will supersede those mentioned above.

2. Payment Methods

2.1. Wire transfer/ Telegraphic Transfer

Wire bank transfer/ Telegraphic Transfers are fast, convenient, and secure payment methods. International money transfers typically take between one and five business days, depending on the difference in time zones and exchange rates. For large payments: we recommend Bank Transfers as the most secure transactions with the lowest fees.

Please note: The sender must cover all International bank transmission charges. It may include the correspondent bank’s fees as well.

2.2. Visa or Master Card secure online CREDIT/ DEBIT CARD payment via OnePay

OnePay is a leading online payment company in Vietnam, that works pretty much the same way as PayPal. Major credit cards such as Visa and MasterCard and even AMEX cards are accepted. You will be charged a 3.1% processing fee for Visa/ Master Card, and 4% for an Amex card on the total amount paid when using this service. Should you agree with this method, please provide some general information below:

After receiving this information, we will make an online payment invoice link. You follow the link and make the payment. This link is going to be closed after you have made the payment for the SECURITY.

2.3. Western Union

Western Union (Send and Track Money Online Now | Western Union ) is the fastest way to transfer your payments. You can wire transfer money in a Western Union Agent close to your home or pay by credit card via online payment gateway (Western Union accepts Visa, Master cards, and other kinds of credit cards issued by banks in your home country). Please note: Viland Travel will not be responsible for any transaction fees. Senders will bear for all.
